Postpartum Doula Services

My postpartum doula services include newborn care instruction (including bathing, diapering, swaddling and soothing), breastfeeding assistance, pumping and bottle feeding information, sibling care and integration with new baby, light meal preparation and light household maintenance. 
I am available to help with multiples and night shifts as well.

Basic postpartum package includes 20 hours day 
and/or night shifts


Premium postpartum package includes 40 hours day 
and/or night shifts
